Terms of use

Last updated 23 October 2026

Swipick is made and run by an independent developer in India. These terms apply to everyone who uses Swipick: owners, photographers, guests and photo editors. Using Swipick means you accept them.

Free during early access

Swipick is free while it is in early access, and features may change as it grows. Before anything costs money, owners are told the price in advance and can choose to stop. Nothing is ever charged without your agreement.

Your account

Owner accounts are set up on request and are for adults (18 and over). Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Personal links work like keys, so share each one only with the person it's for.

Your photos

Your photos stay yours. Swipick claims no ownership of them. You allow Swipick only to store them, make previews and show them to the people you invite, as needed to run your event.

Upload and share only photos you have the right to, and that the people in them would be comfortable with the guests seeing.

Fair use

  • Don't upload anything illegal, or anything you don't have the right to share.
  • Don't try to reach events, photos or accounts that aren't yours, or to get around Swipick's security.
  • Don't overload the service or use it to store files unrelated to events.

Availability

Swipick is built to keep your photos safe and the service running, but during early access it is provided as it is, without guarantees. Keep your own copy of important originals. Photos in a Google Drive event always stay in your Drive.

Ending

You can delete an event or close your account at any time. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended, with notice where possible. If Swipick ever closes, owners are told in advance and given time to download their photos.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Swipick isn't responsible for indirect losses, and its total responsibility to you is limited to what you have paid for Swipick.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India. When the terms change, this page and its date are updated, and owners are told by email before any important change.
