Choose the best photos together.

After a wedding, a birthday or a company offsite there are always too many photos. Swipick asks the people who were there which ones they love, shows you the favourites, and helps you choose the final cut.

Seven steps, from the camera to the finished photos

  1. Get the photos

Each photographer gets their own upload link and sends straight to your storage, RAW files and videos too. You can use a link of your own for the photos you have.

  2. Pick what to share

Look through everything in one place and pick the photos worth a vote. The rest stay with you.

  3. Invite everyone

Each person gets their own link, on WhatsApp or anywhere else. No app, no password, and nobody sees anyone else's choices.

  4. Choose the final cut

See the most-loved photos first and who kept each one. Fill the final cut in one go, then make it yours.

  5. Send to the editor

Your editor gets one link with every final-cut photo, its original files and your notes, and sends each photo back edited on the same page.

  6. Review the edits

See each edited photo next to its original. Approve it, or send it back with what to change.

  7. Share the finished photos

One link for the couple or family to see every finished photo and download it in full quality.

Your photos, kept where you choose

Your Google Drive

Photographers' originals go straight from their cameras to your Drive. Swipick shows previews, and your editor gets a Final Cut folder there.

Swipick storage

Nothing to connect. Photographers send straight to Swipick, which keeps the photos for the event.

Questions people ask

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Each person gets their own link and opens it on their phone. There's no app to install and no password to remember.

Where are my photos kept?

In your Google Drive, or in Swipick storage if you'd rather not connect anything. Either way the originals stay where you chose, and Swipick shows previews.

Can photographers send RAW files and videos?

Yes. Each photographer gets their own upload link, and their original files go straight to where the event keeps photos.

Who sees each guest's choices?

Only you. Guests see the photos you share and their own choices, never anyone else's. You see who kept each photo.

How does my photo editor get the final cut?

Your editor gets one link with every final-cut photo, its original files and your notes, and sends each photo back edited on the same page. For Drive events the originals are also in a Final Cut folder in your Drive.

How do the couple or family get the finished photos?

Once you approve the edited photos, you send them one gallery link. They see every finished photo and download any of them in full quality, without an account.

What does it cost?

Nothing while Swipick is in early access. Before anything costs money you'll be told the price in advance, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Are my photos private?

Yes. Nothing is public: every photographer, guest and editor gets their own link that can't be guessed, links to photos expire after an hour, and Swipick storage encrypts every file. Swipick doesn't sell data, show ads or train AI on your photos.

Can I delete everything?

Yes. Deleting an event removes its photos and previews from Swipick storage, with its links, guests and choices. Photos in a Google Drive event stay in your Drive. To close your account, write to us and it's deleted.
